North Hudson Regional Fire and Rescue (“NHRFR”), in compliance with New Jersey Senate Bill 4654 https://pub.njleg.state.nj.us/Bills/2024/S5000/4654_I1.HTM, enacted on June 30, 2025 by Governor Phil Murphy, will publish all of its public and legal notices on this official NHRFR website beginning March 1, 2026. These notices will also be provided to the New Jersy Department of State for publication on its website. The public and legal notices posted on this website will be publicly accessible, at no cost, for at least one week and longer if required by law or court order. Thereafter, the notices will be archived by NHRFR and will remain available for a minimum of one year.
